- หากสารเคมีดังกล่าว ไม่มีรายชื่อในเอกสาร Chemical Guide โปรดติดต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อสอบถาม ระยะเวลารับประกัน มิเช่นนั้นสินค้าจะไม่มีการรับประกันสินค้าตลอดการใช้งาน
นโยบายการรับประกันดังกล่าวมีผลโดยทันที และครอบคลุมทั้งกับสินค้าที่ถูกจำหน่ายก่อนและหลังประกาศดังกล่าว
